So, if you’ve read my crappy blog at all… and God, why would you?\u00a0 Anyway, if you have, then you have no doubt read all about how I moan and whine and bitch and complain and whine (oh, I already covered that one) about the way I get migraine headaches damn near every day.<\/p>\n

Well, I’m finally being properly medicated!<\/p>\n

No! Not for being insane!<\/p>\n

Yes! For being a bedwetting pansy!<\/p>\n

Back.\u00a0 Scratch that last one.\u00a0 I just checked.\u00a0 I haven’t wet the bed for a relatively long time.\u00a0 Long enough.<\/p>\n

I said LONG ENOUGH, OKAY???<\/p>\n

Sheesh.<\/p>\n

Actually, I did shit the bed about 12 years ago when I had a horrible flu and fever and…. hey, WHY ARE WE TALKING ABOUT THIS???<\/p>\n

Okay folks, back on topic.\u00a0 My frequent migraines are no laughing matter.\u00a0 All jokes aside, they really fuck up my day.\u00a0 And when they happen most days – no exaggeration – that means most of my days are fucked.<\/p>\n

But I’m finally seeing a doctor who knows what she’s doing!\u00a0 Hooray!\u00a0 I’m currently taking a drug called Topiramate, 25mg twice daily.\u00a0 It doesn’t stop the migraines completely, but it makes them less frequent and much less severe.<\/p>\n

And irony of ironies, today is one of those days when the migraine monkeys broke through anyway and started to throw poo.<\/p>\n

But for that there is Codeine.\u00a0 And I am glad I live in Canada where all this means I am not destitute.<\/p>\n
