{"id":691,"date":"2010-04-13T20:07:43","date_gmt":"2010-04-14T02:07:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gratuitousscience.com\/?p=691"},"modified":"2010-04-13T20:07:43","modified_gmt":"2010-04-14T02:07:43","slug":"i-cant-draw","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.gratuitousscience.com\/?p=691","title":{"rendered":"I can&#8217;t draw"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>How awesome is my hosting company?<\/p>\n<p>FUCKING EPIC AWESOME!!!!<\/p>\n<p>I went to the support page, described my problem and in UNDER TEN MINUTES they had it fixed.\u00a0 Sweeeeet.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gratuitousscience.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/fuck_yea..0.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-692\" title=\"fuck_yea..0\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gratuitousscience.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/fuck_yea..0.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"274\" height=\"235\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Okay, on with the funny story.<\/p>\n<p>My mother has a paper route.\u00a0 It is actually the same paper route that I had when I was a kid.\u00a0 When I gave it up, my parents took it over, and my mother still does it to this day.\u00a0 Anyway, one of her customers accused her of kicking their downspout out of place.\u00a0 My mother left them a note stating that it was not her, and they left a note apologizing and stating that everything is copasetic.\u00a0 So she asked me to draw a picture of an old hag (her, and yes she asked for it this way) kicking a downspout outside someone&#8217;s house.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gratuitousscience.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/Mom-the-vandal.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-690\" title=\"Mom the vandal\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gratuitousscience.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/Mom-the-vandal-300x231.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"231\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.gratuitousscience.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/Mom-the-vandal-300x231.png 300w, http:\/\/www.gratuitousscience.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/Mom-the-vandal.png 770w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Now, as you can see, I can&#8217;t draw.\u00a0 Asking me to draw something is like asking me to do math.\u00a0 You will get questionable results.<\/p>\n<p>Still, my mother appreciated it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How awesome is my hosting company?
