Actually, both links just require you to listen. But listen you should! This band was from England, and I don’t know a whole lot about them. All I know is that they crafted this fucking AWESOME song and had a chick who sang for them in a powerful and melodious voice.
Here’s a Tron-like sharp angle turn. I usually only get music with female singers if I’m sexually attracted to them. Sheryl Crow? Yep. No Doubt? Yep. Ladytron? Yep. As you may know, I’m a sucker for a sweet and feminine female voice. But this band’s singer doesn’t have one of those voices that makes me think primarily of boning her. Heh… boning.
No, it misses that mark, but FUCK is she good at singing that them thar words to this song. Heh… buttfuck…
Now that I look at some of the pictures of this Jenny Hahn chick, she was quite a looker. But never mind that, let’s get back to this song! I’m not so sure what it’s about, but it sure has an awesome groove and it’s got a flow like many other songs just don’t have.
But I think that’s all I have to say about it. Yeah… it is.
